This is the hope and disappointment that are in the core of the Israeli ethos, as a nation we are always anticipating.
"The station" is an exhibit that resembles a bus station, where the visitor is a passenger waiting for a bus which does not arrive. This illustrates the relationship between the concepts of "redemption" (which is attributed mostly to religious and right wing people) and "peace" (which is attributed mostly to non-religious and left wing people), which manifests itself through anticipation that doesn't lead to action.
